📷 Copenhagen, 2023

This trip to Copenhagen was my first time in Scandinavia, and honestly, I didn’t do my homework and prepare well for it, so I didn’t know what exactly to expect, except rainy weather and reserved Danes.

As it usually goes, it is completely the opposite.

I spent five days in the Danish capital in the T-shirt without a single drop of rain, and even more importantly, the Danes proved themselves to be excellent hosts.

In my experience, and I’ve had a lot of interactions with Danes, they are very open and friendly, speak excellent English, and are generally very accessible and willing to chat.

All in all, I had a blast in Copenhagen during this sunny September – beautiful architecture, parks and girls, design and fashion I loved, friendly Danes…

And as a cherry on the top, profound coffee culture.

If you happen to be in Copenhagen, besides the famous Coffee Collective, don’t miss Roast Coffee, Darcy’s Kaffe, and Andersen & Maillard coffee shops; all of them are both roasters and coffee shops.

Until my next adventure in Scandinavia and Nordics, here are some photos from Copenhagen.
